1. General Provisions


1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in Enduro motorcycle trips organized by EnduroLand Costa Rica 3-102-939101 Finca Tranquila, Naranjito 3km Norte de la Escuela Pública la gallega, lote 25, Puntarenas Province, Naranjito, Costa Rica (the “Organizer”).
1.2. Participation in a trip constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
1.3. The Organizer provides multi-day Enduro trips in Costa Rica, including accommodation, meals, motorcycle use, guiding services, fuel, and logistics as set out below.

2. Scope of Services


Trip duration: 7 days
Sunday: Arrival and organizational briefing
Monday–Friday: Daily Enduro rides
Saturday: Closing day with a farewell event
Included: Airport transfers; accommodation in various hotels (all-inclusive with spa & wellness access); full board (meals and non-alcoholic beverages); Enduro motorcycle (Beta) with technical maintenance; fuel; professional guide; local transportation between riding locations.

3. Participant Requirements


3.1. Participation is limited to persons with prior Enduro riding experience. The trip is not a training course.
3.2. Participants must bring their own protective gear: helmet, boots, goggles, body protection, and suitable riding apparel.
3.3. Participants under 18 may join only under the supervision of a legal guardian or with the guardian’s written consent.
3.4. A motorcycle driver’s license is not required; however, participants must demonstrate adequate Enduro riding ability.
3.5. Each participant must sign a waiver of liability and declaration of personal responsibility, submitted electronically during reservation.

4. Reservations and Payments


4.1. Reservations are made via the official website endurolandcostarica.com.
4.2. Payments are made exclusively through PayPal in USD.
4.3. Participants receive automatic e-mail confirmation upon successful payment.
4.4. The Organizer may reject a reservation if eligibility requirements are not met.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds


5.1. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the trip start date qualify for a full refund.
5.2. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the trip are non-refundable.
5.3. If the trip cannot take place due to external or force majeure reasons (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, political instability), the Organizer will offer the participant the next available trip date. No monetary refunds are issued.
5.4. A change of trip date is possible only if requested more than 14 days before the trip. Changes requested within 14 days prior to departure are not possible.

6. Safety Rules and Participant Conduct


6.2. The use of alcohol, narcotics, or any intoxicating substances before or during rides is strictly prohibited.
6.3. Participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
6.4. The Organizer may terminate participation without refund if a participant fails to comply with safety instructions, behaves recklessly, or poses a risk to others.
6.5. Participants are responsible for damage to motorcycles, equipment, or property resulting from reckless behavior, disobedience, or disregard of instructions.
6.6. Normal wear and tear on motorcycles or equipment will not result in charges to the participant.

7. Liability


7.1. The Organizer is not liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses, loss of property, delays, or other damages caused by factors beyond its control, including weather conditions, road conditions, or third-party actions.
7.2. Each participant takes part in the trip at their own risk.
7.3. The Organizer is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended during the trip or at accommodation facilities.

8. Group Size and Trip Management


8.1. The maximum group size per trip is five (5) participants.

9. Force Majeure


The Organizer is not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or war. In such cases, the Organizer will offer the participant the next available trip date as an alternative.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising out of participation in EnduroLand Costa Rica trips shall be settled exclusively by the competent court.

11. One-Day Enduro Trips


11.1. Definition and Scope
A One-Day Enduro Trip (“One-Day Trip”) is a short-duration Enduro riding experience designed primarily for individuals already staying in Costa Rica who wish to participate in an off-road adventure without extensive preparation. The experience includes guided motorcycle riding through diverse natural terrain, such as beaches, mountains, rainforests, and rivers.

11.2. Services Included
The One-Day Trip price includes: use of a Beta Enduro dirt bike; full protective riding gear (helmet, boots, goggles, body protection); professional local guide; fuel and technical support; bottled water and light snacks; lunch for Participants riding the 6-hour route; and pickup/drop-off service for hotels located in Dominical, Uvita, or Ojochal.

11.3. Duration Options
Participants may choose from the following riding durations: 6 hours, 5 hours, 4 hours, or 3 hours. All routes are professionally prepared to provide a safe and thrilling Enduro experience.

11.4. Insurance Requirement
Each Participant must obtain valid personal travel, health, and extreme sports insurance covering off-road motorcycle riding before participation. The Organizer does not provide insurance coverage.

11.5. Reservations and Payments
Reservations for One-Day Trips are made exclusively via WhatsApp at: +1 (773) 862-0388.
Participation must be paid 100% in advance through PayPal in USD.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment by the Organizer.

11.6. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of 500 USD per Participant is required to cover potential damages, loss, or theft affecting motorcycles or equipment. The deposit is refunded after the Trip if no such incidents occur.

11.7. Safety, Conduct, and Liability
All safety rules and Participant responsibilities outlined in Sections 6 and 7 apply equally to One-Day Trips. Failure to follow guide instructions or reckless behavior may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

11.8. Applicable Policies
Unless explicitly modified in this Section, all provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Participation and the Refund Policy – EnduroLand Costa Rica apply equally to One-Day Trips.

12. Final Provisions


12.1. The Organizer may amend these Terms at any time.
12.2. The version of the Terms in force at the time of booking applies to each reservation.

1.2. By completing a reservation and submitting payment, the customer (“Participant”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Policy in its entirety.
